PREPARATION HOMEWORK FOR DAY 1

  1. Download the free guides

  2. Head over to the Facebook group and watch the Welcome/Preparation Video 

  3. Look through the guides and plan out your meals for the upcoming week

  4. Make a list and head to the grocery store

  5. Meal prep to set yourself up for success

DAY 1 HOMEWORK:
Hopefully you prepped some healthy meals for this week. I want you to start tuning into how the food you are eating is making you feel. To do this, we will be utilizing a food log! 

 

  1. Head over to the Facebook group and watch todays video: [Day One] Nutrition

  2. Each time you eat something today, log in your phone notes or on a piece of paper the following:

  • What you ate and how much - be specific

  • What was the environment like at the time? Were you standing, rushed, multi-tasking, stressed? what emotions were present?⁣⁣

  • How you felt right after eating

  • How you felt 30 - 60 minutes after eating

DAY 2:

Whenever anxiety pops up today I want you to pause. Take out a piece of paper or jot down in your phone notes the following:

 

1. What is the circumstance that is making me stressed/anxious?
2. What are my thoughts around it?
3. How are those thoughts making me feel?
4. Because of these emotions and fears what actions am I taking?

 

Then I want you to repeat the process, and practice redirecting your thoughts. 
 

1. What is the circumstance that is making me stressed/anxious?

2. How could I think about this differently? (I.e. what does God say about this)
3. If I thought about it like that how would I feel?
4. If that’s how I felt what actions would I take? 
 

 

YOUR DAY 2 HOMEWORK:

  1. Listen to this 10 minute Christian meditation or a meditation of your choice

  2. Write out 5 things you are grateful

  3. Journal out your thoughts using the strategy mentioned above and see what you discover

  4. Head over to the Facebook group and watch todays video [Day Two] Mindset

YOUR DAY 3 HOMEWORK:

  1. Try out a bedtime routine (aim for no electronics 1 hour before bed)

  2. Head over to the Facebook group and watch todays video [Day Three] Sleep
