Working with Christy was INCREDIBLE. I couldn't be happier with the results and proud of myself. I don't struggle with emotional eating anymore and I've been able to overcome mindset blocks. It's more than just food.

Our coaching may bleed into other areas of life besides just food. Everything in life is connected and we often turn to food for non-food reasons because it can be a great outlet for distraction and comfort. 

When you improve one area of your life it causes a ripple effect. Other topics we may discuss in coaching include relationships, work, life transitions, and your environment. 


Throughout this program, I really learned how to start getting in touch with my voice of love and not fear. I can't thank Christy enough for helping me find myself. She has showed me that I am worth the work and that I can do this. She was by my side through every emotion and I would not be where I am today without her!


Throughout each session I was stepping more into what I truly wanted out of life and who I wanted to be and I have been very encouraged to be my authentic self. I felt like Christy was my cheerleader. She was always encouraging me and it helped so much! 


Each session was like a mini therapy session and she made me feel so comfortable and never judged my choices when I went off track. Through this process I learned that I'm stronger than I thought and a number on the scale doesn't define my health!

What are the session calls like?
Sessions are client led and can last up to an hour depending on what you are getting coached on. I have you fill out a revisit form 24 hours prior to our session and we focus on the area you’re needing the most support with. Session calls are done via zoom and recorded for you so you can go back and re-listen at any time.

What is the client portal like? 
The client portal is an online hub with all of your coaching material. Here you’ll find your links to coaching calls, action steps, metric trackers to record things like weight and mood, session notes, worksheets for further reflection, and additional resources I share with you as they relate to your journey.

What is Voxer?
Voxer is a free app you can download to your phone. You can also access it on the web as well. With this app we can send voice memos and texts to one another.

Do you tell me what to eat?
I do not tell you what to eat, but rather educate you on how to make well balanced meals, read nutrition facts labels, and listen to the signals your body is giving you. I provide an example nutrition plan for your goals to get you started as well as ongoing support with meal planning!

What’s the difference between a health coach and a registered dietitian?
Registered dietitians focus on the impact of dietary changes primarily and are licensed to provide personalized nutritional advice. Health coaches provide nutritional guidance, but also address other factors that impact health such as self-care practices, rest, mindset and emotions.

What’s the difference between therapy and health coaching?
Therapy can focus more on processing traumatic events from the past and therapists can help treat clinical mental health diagnoses. While part of our coaching will be exploring how certain beliefs and thought patterns were formed, the majority of our focus will be on taking action in the present. I’ll be helping you with strategies to redirect your thoughts and process different emotions as they relate to the actions you’re taking on your health journey.

What type of client is a good fit to work with you? 
While I have worked with a variety of different individuals looking to improve their overall mental and physical health, my program is tailored for women specifically struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, and their relationship to food and their body. Most of my clients would categorize themselves as very driven and motivated individuals. They love structure, plans and want to find more balance and self compassion on their journey while still progressing towards their goals. 

What is the investment and length of the program?
